Last week there were reports that Halle Berry's two men had agreed to bury the hatchet after Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez beat the living daylights out of Halle's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry [click here if you missed that].

Both Olivier and Gabriel have dropped battery charges against each other and both have let their respective restraining orders expire.
