Back in April comedian Kevin Hart was charged with DUI after being clocked going 90 mph on an LA freeway and almost hitting an oil tanker [click here if you missed that].
Kevin walks away with no jail time...
Kevin Hart pleaded no contest yesterday to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level .08 or higher and was sentenced to three years probation. Standard for first time offenders.
Kevin must also complete three months of alcohol education classes and pay $390 in fines.
