Last month comedian Mike Epps was accused of assaulting his former side chick, Simone Shepherd, after she confronted Mike and his wife at the after-party for the 'Haunted House 2' movie premier [click here if you missed that].
Mike will not face any charges…
According to TMZ Mike Epps will not be charged for the alleged assault and instead has been ordered to attend a City Attorney hearing for a lecture on the law and the importance of keeping the peace.
The alleged victim and former side-chick, Simone Shepherd, has been ordered to attend the hearing as well.
