Back in August Wiz Khalifa's mother filed a lawsuit against her former daughter-in-law Amber Rose after Amber cussed out Peachie's personal assistant and blamed Peachie for the death of her transgender daughter [click here if you missed that].
The case has been thrown out...
According to reports Peachie Wimbush lost the suit on the grounds that, "mere insults, indignities, threats, annoyances, petty oppressions, and other trivialities" do not give rise to a claim for emotional distress.
Peachie's defamation lawsuit has already been thrown out.

i know im faded af right now why in the world would my job have a party on a monday with a open bar but am i really reading that this grown women name is peachie. God im done that ain't even her stripper name. And i thought growing up in a class with a little boy named classic was bad enough .
