For every device the devil tried to set, she still persevered. And by no means, was Cardi an angel thru out all the fuckery. She just has to handle her emotions better. She ratchet, she this, she's that and no she don't write her own shit, but how many others do? From rappers to singers? All that shit is getting old and the 15 minutes too. At the end of the day I am happy for her. I am moreso happy that a "sprite" and/or Post Malone did not take this award home. This group of people mistreats us, beats us, kills us; yet, they are robbing our culture and reaping the benefits.
Good for you Cardi!!

Good Lordt there is nothing to celebrate here. Everyone should be embarrassed this entire show is rigged and corrupt. This was intentional look at how stupid she speaks. Her acceptance speech sounded so illiterate I just shook my head in shock. Again there is nothing to celebrate here they are glorifying and trying to maintain the same degradation of the black community.

I'm not angry nor petty I'm just speaking my truth and how I interpret things.

This generation is more into popularity than talent. Even Nicki found out the hard way. not her lack of talent but her attitude got in her way. Cardi's realness & likeability is her most valuable selling point, not her talent.
