Attorney Appointed for John Singleton

Just days before his death director John Singleton's mother filed for conservatorship over his estate, to loud the objections of his daughter Cleopatra [click here if you missed that].

Now an attorney has been appointed to represent the late director...

From The Blast
An attorney was appointed by the court on Monday to represent John Singleton‘s interests — in the battle between his mother and daughter over conservatorship — on the same day the legendary director passed away.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, an attorney named Yasha Bronshteyn was named to “act as counsel for John Singleton, the proposed conservatee.”
The order states that Bronshteyn “shall have access and authority to review and copy the medical records of John Singleton, the proposed conservatee, without his/her consent.”

Why don't celebs take the time to put their affairs in order?

Good, a neutral party. Damn shame folks act crazy at the worst times and over the most shallow things...money. I have 2 nickels but I have a will. Makes no sense why celebrities and those with means don't take time to do the same.

No! Men meed to take care of themselves and you women who got a man make sure yo man or husband get a prostate and heart and testicle exam. John was way too young to die! RIP!Ladies demand yo husband to go to the doctor! You will save his life and your kids and him will thank you love! Jesus loves u!

Ridiculous...That grown man did not have a Will saying who he wanted over him with all of those outside kids and a mom he cared for? Reckless. Now, the attorney will eat up the money. What a mess. Since, he had no wife and had multiple kids by various women, he should have had a Will because those kneegrows bout to fight.

I think they don't have Wills because they don't want to deal with the headache while alive. When you're dead you're dead. It's not like you are worrying anymore. Let the living fight it out.
