Colin Kaepernick Responds to Jay Z NFL Deal

Last week Jay Z shocked fans after reversing course on the NFL boycott to take a position with the league, despite quarterback Colin Kaepernick still being prevented from playing for kneeling during the National Anthem to protest unpunished police brutality in the Black community [click here if you missed that].

Did Colin just respond to Jay Z's actions...?

Sure looks like it.

When Jay Z held a press conference to announce the deal he said it was, "time to move past kneeling and on to actionable items [click here if you missed that]"

Over the weekend Colin made a post on Instagram that directly referenced Jay Z's quote without naming him.

Why would Beyonce fans automatically defend Jigga? They came for him after she released Lemonade and she didn't even defend him. Pot meet kettle, Colin! Never moved past their people and continue to put their beliefs into action? Lol How? By kneeling YET working for the same EXACT corporation that they find hypocritical of Jigga to be getting paid from? Next.....
Kneel right next to Jigga!!

Imagine if all the black football players
Had joined together and refused to play one Sunday. Imagine all the revenue the NFL would have lost. Now that would have been amazing.

Why would Beyoncé fans need to say anything?! They ade separate people with separate companies. Plus, I don’t think Beyoncé had an issue with the Super Bowl as her artists, Chloe x Halle, performed at the last one.

Distraction from more important things! All this speculation isn't going to improve the climate the US is in right now. #WOKE

I want to know exactly what is kneeling doing to stop police shooting down unarmed black folks? how is the NFL responsible for police brutality. Why not sue the NRA, Police, and bring class action lawsuits against the judicial system that set them free time and time again. Apparently at the highest levels the murder of unarmed black folks are cosigned. Kaepernick can go sit his ass down with his fake ass activism, him and his white girlfriend.

@2:05 it's bringing awareness... at least he's doing something. What are you doing??? I swear damned-if-you-do damned-if-you-don't with some black people.

you cannot fight the system from within the system...you must dismantle it...Jay knows that, but he wants the money

Thank you RevlonRed. Glad you said it so I didn't have to. All Puppets have Masters and the best Masters know how to best control their Puppets.

@Niya. Those are the same questions I've been waiting four years for an answer for. This poppy show is like a doctor making me aware that I have cancer but I'm mad my hairdresser won't take me to the hospital. The level of stupidity is un-freaking-believable.

If you need JayZ, Beyonce, Colin or the faux kneeling players to make you aware that racial injustice and police brutality still exists; scoot over and let me under your rock.
