Hasbro Acquires Death Row Records

The notorious record label co-founded by Dr. Dre and Suge Knight is now owned by a toy company...

This week Hasbro bought eOne Entertainment in a $4 billion all cash deal which includes ownership of Death Row Records.

eOne also owns Peppa Pig and PJ Masks.

Fun Facts: Suge Knight is currently serving 28 years for manslaughter and Dr. Dre went on to become the first billionaire in Hip Hop after selling his Beats by Dre headphones to Apple [click here and here if you missed that].

Dre was NOT the first hip hop billionaire, Jay IS. Dre ended up making significantly less on that deal after the video Tyrese put online. Additionally, he was never the full owner of Beats By Dre so the final purchase amount was what the company made, not Dre’s cut.

You must be Sandrarose...

I was going to ask why folk didn't pool their money. Now I see it was a package deal, plus the price... Hey you got it!

Maybe they will sell that segment off later.

Unless these rappers show you their tax returns to verify it, don't believe everything you see and hear.

Kylie, Jay, Dre, while very rich, none of them are billionaires. It's all smoke and mirrors.
Never believe anything published by Forbes or Billboard, pay to (publish) play.

@9:21. Jay Z is not a billionaire. Byron Allen is, who's suing comcast. Jay Z a gatekeeper to keep blacks off the 1% backs with false black hope narrative. Jay Z is a propaganda to keeps this narcissistic barrier going in which we've been fighting for numerous years. We are NOT attainable to their wealth; so they use a black man like they did Obama. We do not need Jay Z's if we can't beat'em join them persona. We need black our black wall street. RIP NIP. I hope you are doing something like helping your own community.
