Jussie Smollett Case Against Chicago Thrown Out
Last year actor Jussie Smollett filed a malicious prosecution lawsuit against the City of Chicago after they charged him with 6 felony counts of disorderly conduct after accusing the former Empire star of staging a hate crime hoax [click here if you missed that].
Jussie's case has been tossed out...
According to reports the case was dismissed after the judge ruled that Jussie could not file a malicious prosecution lawsuit until the case against him is completed.
Along with the disorderly conduct charges the City of Chicago is suing Jussie for $130,000 to recoup the money spent on the investigation into his alleged beating at the hands of homophobic Donald Trump supporters [click here if you missed that].

He will be found guilty of his charges. But will not serve time unless he cant pay $130K. JS can drag this court case out for a few years. Tyler Perry got a job for him as Medea daughter or something....lol
OMG, I'm WFH and my windows are open; someone has started up the grill. I am so jealous, I threw away my old grill last summer. Maybe I can order one online.
Chicago is just trying to get some money out of this man. Chi-town has so much more to worry about than his lie. He has to deal with that on many levels. They need to fix their city.
I wish Tupac was still alive so he could pimp slap Miss Jussie a few times.
