Pras Indicted in Malaysian Bond Scandal

Back in 2018 Fugess member Pras Michel and Kimora Lee Simmons husband Tim Leissner were linked to a huge Malaysian bond scandal [click here if you missed that].

Pras has just been indicted...

A federal grand jury has indicted Malaysian businessman Jho Low and former Fugees member Prakazrel "Pras" Michel for an unregistered, back-channel lobbying campaign.
According to the Department of Justice, the two attempted to influence the Trump administration to drop an investigation into Jho Low and others with ties to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) company.
Under the direction of Low and the vice minister of public security for China, the two are alleged to have conspired with Elliot Broidy, Nickie Lum Davis and others to lobby to have 1MDB’s embezzlement investigation and forfeiture proceeding dropped and to have a Chinese dissident sent back to China.
They also face charges for conspiracy to commit money laundering related to foreign influence campaigns.

This is what happens when all the money is gone. He made enough money from his singing hay day to live comfortable for the rest of his life. Most of us will never see that kind of money and are living comfortable each day.

He has a talent and reputation to help others make it in the music industry. Now he can help the inmates start a cell block Fugees. Bloop

Each one of them member suffered money problems. You think that would be enough for them to regroup and forget about their past issues.
