Kanye Accuses Universal of Dropping Donda Without Permission

There's good news and there's bad news.

The good news is after three different listening parties Kanye West's Donda album has finally been released.

The bad news is Kanye wasn't ready...

After Donda dropped on Sunday morning Kanye shared a text message exchange with his manager Bu Thiam explaining why Da Baby's verse was missing from the track 'Jail', followed by Da Baby's manager callling Ye a liar.

That's when Yeezy claimed Universal Music Group released the music without his authorization and blamed them for leaving Da Baby off the album.

They moved ahead because they want their damned money. Ain't nobody trying to deal with 12 more listening parties. And removing that gremlin was smart business. If you wanna control shit, release your music independently.

Tell it Malika. I'm tired of hearing about the listening party's. That money he was charging was going into his pockets not the labels.

It goes to show him that he's not in control like he thinks he is.

@10:32 Kanye most likely has a 360 joint venture deal, which means that the record label does, and HAS been tapping into his ticket sales, performance fees, and merchandise. New deals for like C list artist today on a 360 deal, they want over 50% of revenue in five different categories. they will steal your soul. the percentage drops once you earn more fame, you can negotiate a lower percentage, and basically shop around for the best deal. the newbies are the ones that get screwed, and they are signing 10 year deals!!
