Now Marc is accusing Kenya of creating drama for a storyline...
From Radar Online
In newly uncovered documents obtained by Radar, as part of the custody dispute, Marc told the court he was “blindsided” by the suit. He said he is a restaurant owner who had suffered great economic harm due to the pandemic.
Marc claimed he was forced to “be away” from Brooklyn because he was stuck in New York for several months due to travel restrictions. In court, he avoided seeing his kid to protect her from getting sick.
Marc said he maintained a separate residence in New York from the home they shared in Atlanta. Marc told the court he was paying Kenya $1,000 per week “even though he has not had an income for several months.” His lawyer said Kenya had substantial financial means “and has never expressed a need for more financial support from the Defendant.”
Marc accused Kenya of only filing the custody case to “create a false narrative for the reality show that the Plaintiff is filming.” At the time, Marc said due to his loss of income, Kenya was the now the “family’s breadwinner.”

Every season Kenya had a manufactured storyline so why would this one be any different?
His 15 minutes is up he used Kenya to get them shits. You don't want her now bounce.
He should know. He was a storyline also and didn't have a problem with it. Too bad it didn't help his restaurant.
Of course this is for a story line. I called this mess when I'd first heard of a possible divorce, I was like this mess will be her storyline for many seasons to come, and how I knew she would milk it as long as she could, cuz what else has she got? I mean she played the "my mom hates me" card with the tears the same way! I stopped watching reality shows once I saw the real sacrifice: if you hv no drama, you're gone, so they sacrifice personal family issues for a story line, I noticed that, and I was turned off, but any way, whatever, he's to blame as well, he saw dollar signs and opportunity as well when he signed on, cuz I never saw actual love their, they just made a baby, and the drama followed. But the reality TV shows sad reality is, you hv to keep on chasing and finding drama for longevity...that's not happiness!
The man was living in N.Y. away from his child even before her birth, has nothing to do with COVID. He has never been a husband or father, but he wants half the value of a home purchased before Kenya met him. Marc is full of moisture. He couldn't even pretend he liked marriage and was very nasty towards Kenya on t.v. Marc is corny.
RHOA producers need to get smart and realize Kenya is the dead weight they need to get rid of. She has absolutely nothing to contribute. They need a new team and a new cast.
Wake up!
Bring the old Nene back. Not the new one that think she is a star.
Wow this is so surprising...NOT! Everyone has known since Kenya's arrival on the show that everything is made up for a darn storyline with her. She's been busted by that other guy previously that it was all for tv. I forgot his name.
