The Rock Calls Out Vin Diesel Over Manipulative Fast and Furious Pleas

Last month Vin Diesel shared a post on Instagram pleading with The Rock to return to the Fast and Furious franchise for the series finale [click here if you missed that].

Don't hold your breath waiting...

The Rock tells CNN
"I was very surprised by Vin's recent post. This past June, when Vin and I actually connected not over social media, I told him directly - and privately - that I would not be returning to the franchise. I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful, but that there was no chance I would return. I privately spoke with my partners at Universal as well, all of whom were very supportive as they understand the problem.
"Vin's recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn't like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker's death. Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding. My goal all along was to end my amazing journey with this incredible 'Fast & Furious' franchise with gratitude and grace. It's unfortunate that this public dialogue has muddied the waters. Regardless, I'm confident in the 'Fast' universe and its ability to consistently deliver for the audience, and I truly wish my former co-stars and crew members the best of luck and success in the next chapter."

I wouldn't want to work with men that act like B*tches either. Cryresse and Vin Dickel. Toxic environment.

He can make more money headlining in his own movies.

I've never cared for Vin Weasel and he stay hanging off the Rock's nuts as if he can't succeed without him. That's a lot of power for one man to give to another. Like let it go already bro. If you're talented you can carry your own movies.

Always be nice to folks because you might need them later and this is a prime example. I hear the Rock wasn't treated right and so he won't be throwing them a bone. Lol. Rock headlines his own movies and doesn't have to share his scenes. Lol. They should've been nicer to him. Lol

Although Rock would kick me outta his bed I still respect his hustle. I wish BeyoncĂ© would take notes.. Acting classes has really stepped up his performance. He plays the same guy over and and over but he’s so damn likable, and he seems to practice what he preaches.

Red Notice was terrific. Ryan Reynolds is my boo!!
