Wendy Williams Bank Accounts Frozen Over Dementia Claims

Last year Youtube vlogger Tasha K broke the news that Wendy Williams was suffering from dementia and would not be returning to her daytime talk show [click here if you missed that].

Now Wendy is suing Wells Fargo for freezing her bank accounts after she was deemed of unsound mind....

From The Sun
Wendy, 57, who has been absent from her eponymous daytime talk show since the end of last season in July of 2021, is asking the court for an emergency order requiring Wells Fargo unfreeze her accounts with them.
In the filing, Wendy’s asserts that Wells Fargo is in “possession of several million dollars’ worth of funds,” belonging to the ailing host, and she has been denied access to her funds for more than two-weeks.
Her attorney alleged that Wendy’s former financial advisor advised the bank that Wendy “was of unsound mind,” and that Wells Fargo has denied her access to her bank accounts and statements.
Wells Fargo has justified its decision to keep Wendy’s accounts frozen by referencing it’s authority under various client agreements to “‘pause or reject instructions for a proposed transaction,’ pending judicial or administrative remedies, should they suspect financial exploitation, dementia, or undue influence,” the petition claimed.
The host’s legal team claims the bank has overreached in its authority, in part because Wendy has not proposed any transaction which should give the bank the discretion to pause or reject access to the accounts.
Her attorney is seeking court orders by allowing her “access to her financial accounts, assets, and statements," while her dispute with Wells Fargo is resolved in arbitration.
The petition alleged that Wells Fargo is in breach of their fiduciary duty and that the host is suffering “imminent and irreparable financial damage.”

You don't suppose the ex of the alliterate talk show host and his mistress could have been trying to withdraw funds from the host's bank account by fraud or forgery do you? Kevin Hunter/Wendy Williams/Sharina Hudson (Wendy Williams asks judge to unfreeze Wells Fargo account containing ‘several million dollars’)

How can a financial advisor freeze the account without the bank talking to WW? I have never heard of a financial advisor have that much power over your coins?

Yes!!! Yes! Yes!! This has her dirty ex-husband written all over it. Remember when Wendy first kicked him out and filed for divorce, he ran out and purchased all kinds of high priced bullshit. Kevin is horrible with money and likes to spend and show off. Wendy needs her sister to manage her financial accounts. Don't let that thirsty brother anywhere near her money.

If WW does have dementia, then, at the first sign, they should have withdrew all of her money or transferred it all to her son. Otherwise, Wells Fargo better be prepared to justify their actions - especially if the information was coming from a former employee. But I'm not surprised, these finance institutions do anything to hold onto your money. That's why if you know something is coming down the pipeline, you start slowing liquidating and transferring assets, so that these financial institutions can't pull this type of shit.

And if Kevin and his whore are behind this, then I really hope WW sues every fucking body involved!

Sherri Shepherd will become a 'permanent guest host' of The Wendy Williams Show and is set to take over from the ailing talk show star 'in September'... but there is an 'open door' in case Wendy gets better

The Wendy Williams Show will reportedly be making some very big changes
Sherri Shepherd will become a 'permanent guest host' it was claimed by TMZ
And the former The View co-host will 'take over the show in September'
That will likely change the name of the chat fest, it was also alleged
This comes after 57-year-old Wendy has taken time off to deal with health issues
She started her break in October and does not seem to be better yet
But the site added there is an 'open door' in case Wendy wants to come back

This is very sad news that a bank account is not always the most reliable way to store money. Robert Kiyosaki talked about not putting all your eggs in one basket and I think that's good advice. I chose a bank for myself and saw the reviews on cash app complaints and realized that I had to make the right choice. I also advise you to always choose very carefully where you invest your money and not keep it all in one place.
