Dave Chappelle Attacker Speaks

Earlier this month Isaiah Lee charged the stage at the Hollywood Bowl and tackled Dave Chapelle before getting stomped out by Dave's entourage [click here if you missed that].

Lee explains why he did it...

From NY Post
In an exclusive jailhouse interview, Isaiah Lee told The Post that Chappelle should be more “sensitive” when it comes to the jokes he cracks.
“I identify as bisexual … and I wanted him to know what he said was triggering,” Lee said Saturday at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles, dressed in brown jail garb and sporting a sling on his broken right arm.
“I wanted him to know that next time, he should consider first running his material by people it could affect.”
Lee said he expected to have a “good time” at the May 3 “Netflix is a Joke” show — but he grew angry and frustrated as Chappelle joked about his prior controversies with the LGBTQ community, as well as homelessness.
“I’m also a single dad and my son is 5,” said Lee, 23, who at one point was homeless himself. “It’s a struggle and I wanted Dave Chappelle to know it’s not a joke.”
He said his breaking point came when another comedian in the show’s lineup made a crude joke about pedophilia — which Lee said dredged up memories of his own molestation as a teen.

What’s up with this broken arm use to be homeless, father of a five-year-old son, bisexual man about to go to jail ass.

At this point comedians need to stop telling jokes and start dancing on the stage.

Was the show free? Where did he get the money to pay to see the show if he is homeless? How much for front-row seats? Why wasn't any security in the front row to prevent anyone from running up on stage? Concerts have protection to grab people before they get to the performer.

Well he should hv known how Dave shows are. Why even go to a show if you know you don't like what he says. It's not like this is the 1st time he has ever heard Dave's jokes. He is just trying to get sympathy probably working on some mental health defense.

Looks like the therapist has helped him to identify his problems. Unfortunately for him if you are so sick that you react violently when something in society triggers you, well you don't need to be amongst society. I'm getting tragic mulatto vibes.

Get a grip homosexual black man

he is also being charged with attempted murder for stabbing his roommate...roommate must have triggered him by asking him to pay rent.

Single, bisexual, formerly homeless molestation victim and easily triggered father of a 5 year old but he somehow found money to go see Dave Chappelle instead of a therapist. It's always someone else's fault when you're encouraged by society to make 100 excuses and have zero accountability.

Up top, why you still calling people “fags”? I wouldn’t let nobody call you a ni—er. Be basically respectful, people. No need for all this homophobia.

^^^now we can't say fag???

No need for violence. Won't change a thing. People are going to say what they want regardless. One group is no
more important than any other.

This is why comedy is so washed now, with the likes of corny ass Kevin Hart…you can’t crack jokes without people getting in their feelings and trying to cancel every damn thing. You don’t like his jokes, don’t support him. Simple.
