Trey Songz Says Times Up for Sexual Assault Claim


Back in February R&B singer Trey Songz was accused of brutally raping a women he once had a consensual sexual relationship with [click here if you missed that]. 

Trey, who maintains his innocence, argues that the statute of limitations has already passed....

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 37-year-old singer said the claims made by his former lover are not only untrue but were brought past the statute of limitations.
His lawyer said the woman had until 2018 to bring the suit but waited too long. Trey has demanded the entire suit be tossed.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier this year, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe sued Songz over alleged rape at a LA party.

Statute of limitations was created by yt to dodge and avoid their responsibility for CRIMES committed. Not a good look to use this caveat. Crooks and guilty persons use this tool. He acting guilty.
