Ms. Robbie Loses The Upper Crust

Last week Welcome to Sweetie Pies star Tim Norman was convicted on murder charges in the death of his nephew, Andre Montgomery [click here if you missed that].

Now Tim's mother, Robbie Montgomery, suffers another devastating blow...

In a message shared on Instagram Ms. Robbie announced that her beloved St. Louis venue 'The Upper Crust' was closing to make room for the Veterans Administration Hospital expansion. Fans of the show remember how fiercely Ms. Robbie vowed to fight the VA expansion from taking her land and destroying her dream and legacy.

The government can impose imminent domain at will. Case closed.

What 10:20 AM said. You can't go up against the master thugs, unless yo ass in the occult, and do you even want to waste precious energy, which is currency in the spiritual realms, to fight these soulless devils? I think not.

Maybe if they had been focusing on their businesses and determining a new location, Tim wouldn't be in prison, Andre would still be alive and she would still have the Upper Crust. It's the arrogance of it all and the lack of managing priorities.

Man I wonder if they paid her some money though you know money will make you change your mind

@10:20 FACTS! and they will pay what you owe on your loan ONLY! Not even market value.

I'm still wondering why anyone would keep 200,000 at home.

Boy I tell ya, karma can be a swift lil bia bia.

The VA may have bought her out, but the fact that she didn't think anything about opening a new location is very telling in itself.

From Watching The Show I Know That Ms. Robbie Has Been Fighting The VA Expansion For Over A Decade... It Appears To Me That Tim's Murder Scheme Has Left Behind, A Lot Of Collateral Damage & Destruction To His Family. Ms. Robbie Gave Up The Fight To Preserve Her Family's Legacy, With Her Favorite "Sweetie Pies" Restaurant....

No doubt in my mind they paid her very well and I bet she was willing to go because she has no one to leave her empire to anyway. Tim ruined everything. Tim came in taking over when she told him it wasn't time to expand to other states and he was doing things behind her back. So in this justice prone era, I bet the VA paid off anything she owed the bank and gave her more than enough to smile after. Tim missed the whole point of her working like a dog which was to leave everything to him. He didn't have to do that evil but evil was in him to do. Sad story. He destroyed Andre's family and his own. Little Timmy will never know him and now another man is raising him.

@11:17, Probably unreported income from the business she couldn't deposit because she'd have to give an accountanting of it to Uncle Sam when the bank reports it at the end of the year. Lol. If you live in a crime ridden city like St. Louis, you wouldn't have your entire life savings at home, you'd have annuities, municipal bonds, stocks, a 401k, or another pension plan type if it was reported income. Also why didn’t she have a bolted vault? If you have that type of money, you could have a custom vault bolted in the ground and hidden . A lot of old school folks don't believe in banks, and I understand that, but I'd trust a bank over my kinfolks any day! Lol Also, why didn't she have security cameras too? It's. Odd. It's unfortunate how this led to a death.

When they take your land by eminent domain they do not pay you well and you cannot negotiate.

I’m not opposed to a expansion for a VA Hospital. Our veterans don’t get the help they need when they need it.

The govt is supposed to pay market rates for property taken. She should have a lawyer and get an appraisal of the property, etc.

On the show SP. Tim wanted to be a rapper. Now his dreams have come true. He will be rapping his tonsils around a lot of strange meat and playing musical chimes with his booty hole.

That chicken in the picture looks dry. Has anyone eaten at SP's. If so, what was their best dish?

The catfish, cornbread, macaroni & cheese was pretty good. The greens was not good. The sweet tea should have been called Diabetes Tea.

Oh, the banana pudding was good too.

Tim and his father working that ancestry root up in heaven. Ms. Robbie knows this is for her part in raising a monster and luring Andre back to that state for Tim to his death. Andre straight out told her he was fearful for his life and she continued on anyways on those texts. Andre was NOT a thief, but Tim is. Killed that boy for money he can never spend an a price his soul will pay. Andre and his daddy ain’t going to let up on Robbie, and Tim’s necks. This just the first wave. Their karmic debt rolling in hard. This is the epitome of “UNTIL YOU DO RIGHT BY ME, EVERYTHING YOU EVEN DREAM ABOUT WILL FAIL”. 💯

What 6:18pm said. I don't feel for her.

I heard the food was really good but my friend's windows got busted out in the parking lot and they told him they didn't have cameras in that area. Then he went to the ghetto Six Flaggs and half the rides didn't work. Lol. He won't be going back to St. Louis.

I’m not really a greens type of person anyway so it’s hard to be unbiased. I grew up forced to eat uncleaned greens so ….

Usually when the government takes your land, you take loss. The land is severely discounted to pennies on the dollar to what the government declares as fair. Eminent domain is not exclusive to federal government use. State governments can also use eminent domain to seize private property for public use. That’s that karma rolling on in….

@613...$ 8:53...1 agree with everything you said. Ms Robbie new her grandson was as afraid for is like and he told her why over and over over again. Ms Robbie didn't even bother thoe ask him what he was talking about. She just pretend like she wasn't hearing what that child was saying. Whivh makes me wonder if she knew what was up anyway. It's a darn shame that child couldn't triust no one. I pray that God gives him just ice and that all iff Ms Robbie empire come tubbling down!
