Drake Ordered to Sit for Deposition in XXXTentacion Murder Case

Three years ago controversial rapper XXXTentacion was gunned down in Florida after a robbery gone wrong [click here if you missed that]. 

This week during opening arguments for the murder trial the defense argued that the deceased told everyone if anything ever happened to him Drake did it. 

Now Drake has been ordered to take the stand....

According to reports the defense demanded Drake sit for a deposiion or appear in court and the motion was granted.
