Beyoncé Partners with Balmain for Renaissance Couture Collection

This week it was announced that Beyoncé was parting ways with Adidas after a four year collaboration [click here if you missed that].

Now Beyoncé is partnering with Olivier Rousteing and Balmain for a couture collection inspired by the Renaissance album...

From Vogue
Over the last five months Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing has been working in partnership with Beyoncé and her stylist Marni Senofonte. Their first task was to whittle down the 50 or so looks that Rousteing sketched in his musically-driven fever dream to a playlist of 17. And the second was to collaborate on the process of transforming those remaining sketches into a fully produced and realized Balmain x Beyoncé couture collection. The result is a suite of A-side looks that honor both the history of the house and the musical heritage of the performer. Two of them have been seen already—glimpsed at the Grammys and the BRIT Awards earlier this year—and a few others are soon to be revealed elsewhere.

This is not Ross. This is more like Cher. But the Ipark line is cute.

She is determined to ruin somebodies good brand. They got her park BS at the park. She better hope this work she is not making her husband happy.

"thank you for allowing me to celebrate the human form, to take artistic risks, to push boundaries and to freely express myself."...Do I sense shade towards the other company she just left?

Beyoncé is a hater….and she wants to be hated on so bad. Beyonce hates on Rihanna, Keri Hilson, Aaliyah, Blu Cantrell, Amil, Mya, Amerie, Rachel…..especially God the Father. Repent!

She makes everything look so cheap. This is more fitted for Grace Jones or Rihanna. They could rock those designs.

Nice but nobody is wearing this but RuPaul. I’m sure the contestants will make their own knock off versions.

Editorial looks for B.

House of Dereon realness

She’s coming to Balmain AFTER The Kardashians. Not a good look.

What is she going to do when this goes down the drain like Dereon and Ivy Park? She knows to never speak in public cause she’s not well spoken. It shows through her eyes that money can’t buy happiness.

Maybe she should just slay in couture for the cameras

Is this for sale??
Looks unrealistic

Balmain should have tapped Solange who is the creative, visionary, and the fashion-forward one. Rihanna or Solange would have knocked this collaboration out the park. Everything is giving trashy, fluid, androgenous, repugnant, hideous, stiff, evil, dark, sinister, cheap, tacky, uncomfortable, and impractical. Sorry..not sorry, I don't want a fashion line from Beyonce, matter of fact, I don't want to hear her voice every again, she is a boring thief with no integrity or credibility.
