According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Diddy scored a huge victory in the dispute after a judge ruled in his favor.
Diddy demanded the lawsuit not move forward until Roe revealed her identity. She said the only purpose to inform the world of her name would be to “harass her and invite societal and professional harm to her and her family.”
Roe said she was, “Desperate to preserve the privacy she had left, terrified of possible physical harm to her and her minor children, and fearful of further victim shaming, blaming, and retaliation.”
Diddy said the woman had already named herself in a complaint against him with the Department of Fair Education and Housing. He argued the case should be dismissed unless she amended her lawsuit with her real name.
Now, a judge has sided with Diddy and ordered Roe to name herself.

Diddy must really hate this lady. Just pay her off and move on with your life like you did the ex chef who sued you and like you did that lady you shot in the face at that nightclub.

He just trying to have this young lady named to try and embarrass and he thinks social media will come for her and harass her. She is/was very close to diddy and I w related to Kim or very close to her and he knows he wrong for this. He could have let her go but PAID he a good amount of money since there was no reason to other than the fact that she had got pregnant and engaged not sure if she got married yet or not.
He's being very petty. Firing her for ish he does himself. He's the poster child for out of wedlock fathers.

It’s my understanding g that the REAL reason he fired this woman is because she was supportive in assisting the twins with their inquiries, and her own, in getting to the bottom of their mother’s (Kim Porter) death.
This lawsuit has little to nothing to do with her getting pregnant & having a baby out of wedlock.
The twins want to know what happened to their mother & Diddy can’t have that, for obvious alleged reasons.
The twins aren’t stupid & they’re asking questions.
