He's right about working out. It does help boost your depression. It releases the endorphins and helps bring you back to mental stability. I suffer from it also. I would rather play couch potatoe but I have to work out 3/4 times a week in order keep my mental health from going into depression.

Speak for yourself. I like his projects! He’s very easy on the eyes. Everyone suffers from depression at some point in their lives. It’s acknowledging it and addressing it that makes a difference in how people treat/view you.

Depression is no laughing matter. I walk everyday to keep my sanity. Keeping busy and getting away from toxic people helps too.

Maybe if he came to terms with the fact he's actually half black and not fully Hawaiian or white would be a start. Gotta be exhausting having to fake it all the time.
