9:33, a house benefits you and only you, but a degree is a forced requirement for employment that 98% of Americans cannot afford and so.they deserve forgiveness. A degreed American is a benefit for all of the American workforce therefore it's different. You can always move to something more affordable.

And yes, the difference is that the student loans debt program wasn't passed by Congress and that's the whole damn point. This congress would never approve that program so Biden went around them.

Biden could abolish student loans using the U.S. Constitution and 14th Amendment which forbids indentured servitude past a few years and forbids lifetime debt. So if they refuse to put a Statute of Limitations on the debt and allow its discharge in bankruptcy court like they do other debts, then it's a form of slavery. Trump filed for debt discharge 6 xs but students cannot file once.
