Who? When? And where was I?

A leader to who? Graham crakkkkas? His Republican buddy Steve Bannon?

Well truth or not, Black folks are too loyal to one party over any other when none of them are giving us anything. We should all be PO'd how foreigners come into the country and get all sorts of free money while we're looked at as 'lazy, don't want to work or always complaining about race.' Has Joe Biden had that sit down meeting with Ice Cube yet?

“Big 3” is the new “my pillow”….waiting for cube to deny the election.

This is why black history is important. His music was influential in encouraging black pride and awareness but civil rights?! (A trump supporter at that)

11:01 what can ice cube articulate that blacks got out that meeting?!

LOL. This is like when those bootleg for profit schools give each other accreditation. Nothing to see here folks. Just three nutz patting each other on the back.

@11:01 why on earth would any one meet with an aging gangster rapper much less the President of America? Ice Cube needs to make amends for the garbage he slung in the neighborhoods. He and his cohorts are a big part of the destruction that ran a wild in our country.

We need to vote and move like other groups. They move in sync with one another on things that affect the group as a whole. We have influence but so many people are being used to dilute our power because they are lining their pockets.

This is propaganda at it's worst. He needs an education in law before he can talk with the powers to be.
It's time to put down the rap down and use your government name at the tables. I will never trust him or any other rapper with my vote. They are too money hungary for themselves.

I didn’t vote for him as leader.

Lord, save us.

I busted out laughing...

@11:01

That is a typical republican tactic - play one racial minority group against another - instead of talking about black people's loyalty to one party, let's talk about how one party is trying to reinstate the very policies that our ancestors died and bled for - where's your loyalty to them? The modern day Republicans are responsible for the Jim Crowe laws that kept our ancestors segregated as second class citizens; terrorized us with lynchings and police beatings with no justice (it was Republicans who rejected the John Lewis lynching bill that was proposed in Congress); it was Republicans who gutted the Voting Rights act - a piece of legislation that was created by MLK and John Lewis - so, tell me again about how foreigners are blocking our progress? Tell me again about why we shouldn't be loyal to Democrats or President John Biden? Black ppl need to accept the fact that our enemy is, and has always been, the modern day Republicans. It's easy to question blacks loyalty when you don't know the full history of the struggle that brought us to this point. And let me say, Republicans have been a bigger barrier to our progress than any immigrant or democrat policy could ever be. We need to focus on the party that helped pull us out of slavery, Jim Crowe and second class citizenship: Modern day Democrats. Only Republicans question our loyalty because they can't win on policy-, and have made it their mission to roll back all that our ancestors fought, die and bled for. Focus on that.

Why is Dennis wearing a quilted vest while there's a heat wave all over much of the nation?

Kennedy is a democrat, as so stated on his website. It will be interesting to see who will agree to be his running mate, if his Kennefy '24 campaign makes it to that point.

That was a word, well said

I wouldn't label him a civil rights leader, but he obviously has some influence if people foam at the mouth and lose their collective minds on the Internet practically any time he makes a statement regarding anything remotely political.

@8:13

We're foaming at the mouth because too much is at stake and his ignorance hurts black ppl collectively, but helps Republicans. His rhetoric is dangerous and he needs to his @$$ down

We not foaming at the mouth we laughin at yts who think we listen to Ice Cube

Anonymous said...

^^^ True that.

in the 90s you never could have told me Ice Cube would be hugged up grinning with the yts and have a jewish business partner. This is not No Vaseline and I Wanna Kill Sam Ice Cube this is a clone. Gotta be.

Politically ignorant people hurt themselves by not taking advantage of free information. They have themselves to blame for not self-educating. People have more access to information in 2023 than they've ever had. Anybody lacking knowledge of the political process needs to get it together prior to the next election, be it federal, state or local.

How you gonna refer to a grown ass man as Ice Cube and Civil Rights Leader in the same breath? The jokes write themselves.

Anonymous said...

Now Ice Coon is a civil rights leader. Yt know who to pick for US.

@0816 and 0847

I love both comments. Bet that clown won't take his ass back on Roland Martin!! Roland tore Ice Cube's ass up. He's sticking to those that won't challenge him. Also, I'll never support not one thing he does....ever again.

RFK has Popeye-like arms?

Ice cube’s “civil rights” are monetarily related and relevant to basketball.

Member of an elitist, wealthy political dynasty decides for the rest of us who our civil rights leaders are.
RFK Jr. is cosplaying some kind of political maverick standing up for the hard-pressed average Joe against the corrupt Washington elite but of course many of us know he is the very thing he pretends to be fighting against.
Lauded by Steve Bannon and 'apartheid Clyde' Elon Musk, buddies with Trump's far-right political operatives Michael Flynn and Roger Stone, alarm bells should be ringing.
Ice Cube is a mascot of the far-right. It wouldn't surprise me if he announces his candidacy for political office in the near future as these c**** are bankrolling him and think he can reel in the black vote for them. RFK Jr. is just as right-wing as Trump regardless of what party he's in just like Sinema and Manchin.
