Tristan Thompson has been doling out the hefty sum of $40,000 in monthly child support payments to his first baby mama, Jordan Briani Craig - and now she wants to make sure the settlement is firmly in place, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Curiously, on August 9, Craig filed an 'abstract of judgment' in Los Angeles, a document used to create a public record in the event that the debt - in this case, the child support payment - is not honored.
There was no indication that she has not been receiving her monthly stipend from the NBA star.
However, the filing comes as Thompson has seen his income dwindle in the years since the support settlement for their six-year-old son Prince was reached.
The original agreement dates back to 2019, when the 32-year-old athlete was playing on the Cleveland Cavaliers where he was earning an annual salary of $17.7million.
Since then, however, the basketball star has seen his family expand - having three more children by two different women - and his annual salary drop to $9.2million.
Craig began dating Thompson in 2014 but their two-year relationship turned sour and ended when the lothario became involved with Khloe Kardashian.

Good for you Jordan because Tristan treats your son as if he's a step-child. Make sure your son remains good. He cuddles up to Khloe and her kids because he likes the famous lifestyle the Kardashians provide him.
She knows at least a few things...his pay decreased, he has other children, he could have more children, his career could end at any time, he may request to have his support payments lowered, etc.

Why do y'all go hard for Jordy? Y'all know she was a pass-a-round IG THOT before she hooked up with Tristan, right? There's nothing regal about Jordy - who happens to be mixed, like Eniko Hart - she just happened to lose her via a Kardashian. Nothing more, nothing less. Also, when a man's income decreases, or if he has more dependents to support, then CS will absolutely be lowered for everyone - firstborn included. All the kids are going to get amounts according to their parents income. Khloe is good, it's Jordy and the other THOT that should be worried cause neither of them work, and they're both determined to live off child support, no matter how little Tristan brings in. And to be honest, I would not be surprised if Tristan moves back in with Khloe to avoid paying both THOTs anything.
I think people riding for her because of how Tristan treated her and that big face Yeti tried to humiliate her. I agree Jordan's no "queen" but she acted like a lady the whole time she was being publicly disrespected. As for getting that annual $480k CS bag, I think she should only get what's appropriate based on his income, no matter how many kids that fool makes, and especially because she hasn't worked a real job a day in her life (as far as I know). I'm not on either team. She can stick it to him as long as he randomly sticks his thing everywhere, but he also shouldn't have to support a woman who's not his wife. His only obligation is to the child and what he needs.
^^^ it's really a power move because make no mistake Khloe wants to get the lion share of his money. Khloe probably told him he should file to get it lowered out of spite. Khloe knows he doesn't make enough money to pay out 2 million a year in child support. Jordan is trying to make it clear: you WILL honor your agreement to us even tho you got an albino big foot trying to control you.
