They were baiting him but he didn't fall for it. I'm sure he hates being her brother.

So his momma just gone make up a lie like that on him. Let me go cuz I swear it seems like police defending abusers. The courts don’t just give out restraining orders.

^^ Wow, now that's a stretch. No one has written anything about the mother lying or defending an abuser, but you're ready for us to convict hm without questions. Just stop it.

The police don’t grant restraining orders. You fill out a packet and go before the magistrate. It’s called a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) ANYONE can get one for a hot 30days

12:16 police don’t grant restraining orders judges do and there has to be some form proof the sole purpose of a restraining order is that the person seeking it feels like their life is in danger so they have to prove that to the judge i sat in on a few cases like that and i saw the judge straight up deny restraining orders before and the ones that was granted they showed lots of proof text messages pictures all Types of stuff. sometimes you can get a temporary one until the judge can hear the case then you get a one for one year or two years depending on the state you live in. But truthfully why would anyone care if someone gets a restraining order on them if they have no intentions on going around them anyway?
