Omg, you guys are so sensitive and just not on her vibe. My family has milk chocolate and dark chocolate and I am labeled caramel and i did not choose that label, but it was assigned to me. I’m in a group of mocha ladies. We’ve had butterscotch and cappuccinos too. And guess what, we all blk in different shades we all love and represent. This episode has nothing to do with colorism! Jeesh!
This is all that it takes for blacks to get their panties in a bunch. Its rather sad. She is correct, in the winter, some of us do get lighter. And, darken up in the summer. She didn't want to be objectified in that way and corrected the poster. Its not that deep!
She's color struck and obviously takes offense to her SKIN TONE being referred to as chocolate. And all the people up top trying to gaslight the rest of us into thinking we lack discernment and interpretation can go suck a rotten duck egg.
