A woman who accused Sean “Diddy” Combs and his friend Aaron Hall of r8pe in a November lawsuit has filed an amended complaint, which reveals she was a 16-year-old minor when the alleged assault occurred.
Liza Gardner filed her amended complaint on Tuesday in New York County Supreme Court, where she claimed that the age of consent for 6ual intercourse in 1990, when the alleged assault happened, was 17 years old.
Gardner previously alleged in November that Combs, 54, and Hall took turns r8ping her and a friend after meeting them at an event at MCA Records’ New York office.
While the original complaint said Gardner was “coerced” into having six with Combs, the amended version says she was “physically forced into having six with Combs against her will” — and that because she was a minor, she was not able to consent to drinking the alcohol allegedly given to her by the two men.
Sean is also facing another lawsuit by woman claiming she was assaulted by Diddy and his then Bad Boy Entertainment president Harvey Pierre [click here if you missed that].

So, Harvey Weinstein and Sean Combs have been brought down. Good.
Now I wanna know who are the dream (nightmare) makers today. Who, other than Weinstein and Puffy, is out there calling the shots? There are well--known people in the industry who are doing their dirt while we drag Weinstein and Puffy.
I also want to know whose career is being boosted and whose career is being shelved from coercion? Nobody wants to talk about that.
This mess creates more questions than answers for me.

@9:11 AM You're right! I worked at a hotel in Detroit in 1990 and Father MC stayed there with Sean Combs and other members of the group. I vividly remember they damaged a lamp and broke a headboard. Silly young boys staying in a hotel on the road! The road manager was pissed because he had to bring money to the front desk for the damages before they checked out.
