G knows some early stories from when he was hott. He keeping his mouth shut because he was doing some thangs too. Keep your mouth shut if you don't want to go back to prison.
Were they even "friends" at the point when he went in? I have a friend who I've been holding down for the last 25 years and that sh!t ain't for the weak. Driving to the middle of nowhere to visit, writing letters, putting money on books, showing up for trials... You don't do all that for casual acquaintances, which they clearly were.
G-Dep seems to be a real humble dude who has learned from his mistakes and paid for them by turning himself into the police. God is going to bless him because he confessed his sins and unlike Puffy, he didn't try to hide them.
Another thing I noticed in visiting my friend over the last 25 years is that, as much as Blck men say that we don't love or support them, all I ever see visiting and holding them down in prison, is Back women. Sisters, mamas, aunties, baby mamas, wives, girlfriends... hardly a Blck man in sight, unless he's in a prison jumpsuit. The dudes they were running the streets with are in the wind. Blck women deserve so much more than we get.
