Yung Miami Served Legal Papers

Last year Bad Boy Entertainment CEO Sean "Diddy" Combs and his girlfriend, City Girls rapper Yung Miami, dropped their joint single, "Act Bad [click here if you missed that]." 

Over the weekend Yung Miami was ambushed by a process server, at her club hosting gig in Houston, concerning the sale of, "Act Bad," merchandise by the "Act Bad," trademark holder...

An alleged message from the trademark holder is floating around sharing his side of the saga.

Pay the man. The whole purpose of a trademark is to protect his intellectual interests. They used it and did not receive proper clearance. Oh well.
