Drake Blames Jay Z for Hate Train?

Since the top of the year, starting with Megan Thee Stallion and HISS, Drake has been dissed by a gang of Hip Hop heavyweights including Metro Boomin, Future, Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, Travis Scott, The Weeknd and Kanye West [click here and here if you missed that].

Is Drake accusing Jay Z of being the puppet master pulling the strings...?

This week a Canadian Hip Hop blog that Drake follows on Instagram shared a snippet of Drake's 30 for 30 Freestyle where he spits,

 "...what else you expected when the higher ups have all come together as a collective with conspiracies to end my run to send me a message..."

with a picture of Jay Z and Kendrick Lamar.
