Irv's cause of death has been revealed...

In a recent podcast Irv's brother, Chris Gotti, says Irv suffered from a massive hemorrhagic stroke while eating Chinese food at a poker game, after rejecting his diabetes diagnosis. 

"I watched him suffer the last 3 years of his life."

Irv Gotti's brother Chris Gotti reveals Irv Gotti had a massive stroke while eating Chinese food during a poker game and shares that Irv refused to believe he was diabetic after being diagnosed in his late 40s.
