The Oxford Mail exclusively revealed in June that the celebrity couple were viewing a property in Oxfordshire.
An inside source close to the property spoke exclusively to the Oxford Mail around that time about a move to the Cotswolds for the American couple.
They claimed that Beyoncé and Jay-Z took a helicopter and visited an area near Wigginton last week.
Now it seems that the move is going ahead, according to reports in The Mirror, which claim it appears to be a "done deal".
A source close to the sale told the newspaper: “They were in negotiation on the price, and it isn’t on the market any more, which would suggest it’s a done deal.”
It appears a move to the UK had been on the cards for a while, with a friend to the couple adding: "They will always be based in LA, but the UK is on the agenda.
“Beyoncé loves the UK because they support everything she does.”
With so many celebrities already residing in the Cotswolds area, it has been suggested that the 43-year-old believed she would feel right at home.
