Now Milagro has been denied an extension after Meg's forensic experts discovered that Milagro deleted over 20k text messages...

Milagro Elizabeth Cooper’s legal team asked for a 20-day extension to file dispositive motions, citing limited time to prepare after her attorney entered a Notice of Appearance on June 5. That request has been denied.
In an order filed Monday (Aug. 11), Chief U.S. District Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga ruled that Cooper failed to demonstrate the required diligence to modify the court’s scheduling order.
“Retention of new counsel does not justify lack of diligence with respect to court ordered deadlines,” Judge Altonaga wrote, noting that Cooper had already received a 60-day extension of pretrial deadlines earlier this year.
The denial comes just days after an evidentiary hearing was held in Miami on Aug. 7 as part of Megan Thee Stallion’s ongoing defamation, cyberstalking, and AI-manipulated content lawsuit against the blogger known as Milagro Gramz. The hearing, overseen by U.S. Magistrate Judge Lisette M. Reid, lasted more than three hours and addressed unresolved disputes over Cooper’s alleged deletion of more than 20,000 messages across iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Discord.
A forensic report presented in court showed that WhatsApp was active on Cooper’s device as recently as March 2025 but missing entirely by the time her phone was turned over in April. Other exhibits included metadata, tweets, and a deleted folder labeled “re: Sonstar Peterson” — a name connected to Tory Lanez’s father.

If those court appearance pictures are real Milagro should be ashamed. Why do people do not know how to appropriately dress for court?
