He was very emotional and was telling too much of the truth. Notice he says Kenan didn't punch him--not Kenan didn't get somebody to punch him.
Kenan got his issues, but he's among the least problematic Black celebs. Stop talking on him. You got with his wife, now go find a way to feed yourself, without trying to get money from what you did. The public doesn't care about you and I low-key hope he gets popped in the mouth again, because he won't stop speaking on it.
