Kim, 45, has filed a trademark to use North West to sell toys, dolls, play-sets, puzzles, party games and even puppets, The U.S. Sun can report.

According to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, mom-of-four Kim first filed to trademark her eldest daughter’s name in relation to the above categories in 2023.

Kim’s lawyer has filed multiple times for extensions in the trademark process, and the case is still pending as of September 2025.

The Skims mogul does not appear to be in the actual process of creating North West-related dolls or or toys, but soon, she could be able to.
