DMX's Arizona Home In Foreclosure

While DMX is cooling his heels in an Arizona jail awaiting sentencing on animal cruelty and drug charges, the Arizona Valley home he paid over $600,000 for back in 2003, has fallen into ruin and is in foreclosure. When the SWAT team raided X's home last May, they blew out windows and smashed down doors. Click here to see video footage of the damage. The bank has set the price for the home at $429,000.

Doug E Fresh In Foreclosure

According to the NY Post: Rap icon Doug E. Fresh - best known for his '80s hit "The Show" - has been socked with three foreclosure actions by banks looking to collect more than $3.5 million in unpaid mortgages on a trio of his Harlem homes.
The rapper, 46, also is being chased by American Express for nearly $60,000 in credit-card debt, and the IRS just slapped him with a $367,000 tax lien on top of more than $40,000 owed to the state tax collector, records show.

That's Her Story And She's Sticking To It

T-Boz told Essence Magazine: "I'm not homeless. During my last marriage [to Mack 10], I had a bunch of things that were put in my name. If one of those properties is going into foreclosure then I don't know. Although I've been divorced for five years, there are still a lot of things I'm dealing with on getting straight in that regard. All I know is that the house I live in with my daughter is not [in foreclosure]. When you pull up my name, my real house doesn't show up because it's not in my real name, because I enjoy my privacy and I'm not trying to have people be able to find me that easily."

They Say

One of Fantasia's homes is in foreclosure. They say Fan's $1.3 million, 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom pond-front mansion is going on the auction block the second week in January unless she can come up with some bread. But your homegirl is not homeless, she owns another home not far from the one that's in dutch. Time for a concert tour I'd say.

Damon Dash In Foreclosure

From the New York Post:
Eastern Savings Bank has filed suit against entrepreneur Damon Dash, charging the Roc-a-Fella Records co-founder hasn't made a payment on his $78,504.20-a-month mortgage since January.
"YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME," reads the foreclosure action against Dash and wife Rachel Roy.
The $7.3 million mortgage was actually taken on two TriBeCa properties the couple owns, at 25 N. Moore St. and at 79 Laight St.
A rep for Dash did not return a call and e-mail for comment. The clothing big has been besieged by debtors in the past year, despite having an estimated $50 million fortune.
The Post reported last year that he owed the city $2 million in back taxes, and the mortgage suit says he has $100,000 in federal tax liens against his properties.

Pac Man In Foreclosure

Former Tennesse Titans cornerback Adam PacMan Jones' West Nashville townhouse was foreclosed on in April. Jones' attorney Worrick Robinson says it's another example of the money problems Pacman is experiencing because of his NFL suspension. "He has not played football in 18 months or so. That was his primary source of income that's why it's very important to him to be reinstated and get back on the field," said Robinson. The home was also broken into recently. Realtors filed a police report after someone snuck in and took a refrigerator and a pool table. Adam Jones has not been listed as a suspect but the DA's office says it would be trespassing if he had anything to do with the break-in.

Michael Jackson In Danger of Losing Neverland

If Michael Jackson doesn't come up with $25 million dollars by March 19th, Neverland Ranch is going on the auction block. And it's not just the house either. The Neverland auction will include everything: all personal property inside, all fixtures and appliances, furniture, and "all merry go round type devices," rides and games. The auction will include every thing that is or isn't nailed down. Michael hasn't been at Neverland since June 30, 2005, when he left for Bahrain. No one lives there, the animals in the zoo are all gone and most of the rides have either been sold or shut down.

Olympic Sprinter Marion Jones Is Broke

Seven years after winning a women's record five Olympic track and field medals and snagging multimillion-dollar endorsement deals, Marion Jones is broke.

The sprinter is heavily in debt, fighting off court judgments and down to a bank balance of about $2,000, according to recent court records reviewed by the Los Angeles Times.

Last year a bank foreclosed on her $2.5-million mansion in an area of Chapel Hill, N.C., where Michael Jordan was a neighbor. She was also forced to sell two other properties, including her mother's house, to raise money.
