Don King Selling His Beach Front Compound

Don King put his oceanfront estate in Manalapan, FL up for sale, saying that at age 77, it's time to downsize. The compound sits on 3 acres and includes a main and guest house spread out over 32,000 square feet. The property comes with an 8ft replica of the Statue of Liberty in the front yard, 11 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, 300 feet of waterfront on both sides and two resort-style pools, each with enough space for up to 80 people. There’s a 10-foot drop to the beach with automatic stairs that let down when you’re on the sand, and lift back up when you’re at the house so that no one can come up from the ocean plus, it has a generator plant for hurricanes. There's also an outdoor grill by one of the pools big enough for 100 slabs of ribs. King paid 13 million for the two lots in 1999 and is now asking for 27 million.

While DMX is cooling his heels in an Arizona jail awaiting sentencing on animal cruelty and drug charges, the Arizona Valley home he paid over $600,000 for back in 2003, has fallen into ruin and is in foreclosure. Damon Dash In Foreclosure

From the New York Post:
Eastern Savings Bank has filed suit against entrepreneur Damon Dash, charging the Roc-a-Fella Records co-founder hasn't made a payment on his $78,504.20-a-month mortgage since January.
"YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME," reads the foreclosure action against Dash and wife Rachel Roy.
The $7.3 million mortgage was actually taken on two TriBeCa properties the couple owns, at 25 N. Moore St. and at 79 Laight St.
A rep for Dash did not return a call and e-mail for comment. The clothing big has been besieged by debtors in the past year, despite having an estimated $50 million fortune.
The Post reported last year that he owed the city $2 million in back taxes, and the mortgage suit says he has $100,000 in federal tax liens against his properties.

Michael Jackson In Danger of Losing Neverland

If Michael Jackson doesn't come up with $25 million dollars by March 19th, Neverland Ranch is going on the auction block. And it's not just the house either. The Neverland auction will include everything: all personal property inside, all fixtures and appliances, furniture, and "all merry go round type devices," rides and games. The auction will include every thing that is or isn't nailed down. Michael hasn't been at Neverland since June 30, 2005, when he left for Bahrain. No one lives there, the animals in the zoo are all gone and most of the rides have either been sold or shut down.

Michael Vick Filing For Bankruptcy?

Last week we heard that, after putting his homes in Virginia and Georgia on the market, Michael Vick bought an apartment in Miami Beach 450 Alton Rd, if you’re nasty. Some wondered why Mike would sell his Virginia and Georgia estates, then turn around and buy an apartment in Florida when he can't even leave Virginia right now and is very likely going to jail for three years or more. They say it’s because Michael is going to file for bankruptcy and the lenient bankruptcy laws in Florida make it easier for you to keep your home, unlike the bankruptcy laws in Georgia or Virginia.

Michael Jackson 90 Days From Losing Neverland

Michael Jackson has defaulted on a $23 million loan and the holder has put him on notice. He has 90 days to pay the full amount — $23 million plus $212,963.83 in interest — or he will lose his Neverland Ranch. The papers were filed in Santa Barbara County on Oct. 22.
