At the Entertainment Weekly Grammy afterparty for L.A. Reid, Rihanna walked in and went straight to Chris Brown's table, where they sat touching and whispering in each other's ears until Jay-Z and Beyonce walked in. They say Jay was speaking to everybody except Rihanna. Finally, they say, Rihanna walked over to Jay and Beys table and went off. A few minutes later, she and Chris Brown left together in her car.

Last week, an attorney for five of James Brown’s children questioned the late soul singer’s ex-trustees during a court hearing on whether they hid one of Brown’s earlier wills. The former trustees dismissed the allegation, saying the only valid will was the one filed in 2000, which left clothes, jewelry, boats and automobiles for Brown’s six adult children. The children were largely left out of the financial portion of that will, which leaves the bulk of the soul singer’s money to charitable trusts. Attorneys for the children argue that earlier wills drafted by their father cast doubt on whether he truly wanted to leave his estate to charity. Ex-trustee Alford Bradley, who spent years handling Brown’s financial affairs, said the singer changed his will several times. When Mr. Brown would fall out with somebody, he would change his will," Bradley said.
Washington Wizard Gilbert Arenas reveals, "When I was new in the NBA the team veterans convinced me to shave, you know, down there, because they said the hair stinks. I used my girlfriend's razor, which was rusty and gave me keloids. The doctor prescribed medicine to dab on, but I just poured it all over. Three days later I woke up screaming. The skin was burnt off me -- just raw flesh. I still had to run and play, so I used a numbing spray for a month until it healed. Now I use clippers."
They say Jay has been in talks with Warner Music Group head Lyor Cohen, about starting his own label - tentatively called the Carter Music Group. Jay still owes Def Jam a new album and a greatest hits CD.
The Game pleaded not guilty to felony gun charges when they were filed against him back in September '07, but recently changed his mind about taking his case to trial and changed his plea to guilty, even though he insists he's still innocent. He tells Monsta magazine, "The crazy part about this is that I've had guns before in my life. But this time I didn't have a gun. "Because one person said I had a gun and coaxed his homies into saying that I had a gun, I'm in a predicament where I'm asking, 'Do I want to spend another million dollars to fight this trial, so who knows what jury's gonna come in and say I'm guilty? Or do I want to save my money, go sit down for four months and accept this felony they're trying to give me for no reason?''
Charles Barkley told Playboy magazine that he plans to run for governor of Alabama, but won't ask for campaign help from Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson. "I don't believe in them. They always play the race card, and you can't always play the race card. Sometimes the race card is needed but not in every situation. We have to hold blacks more accountable for their actions" he says.
