Last year former Bad Boy Entertainment music producer, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, filed a headline grabbing $30 million civil lawsuit accusing Bad Boy CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, his son, Justin Combs, and actor Cuba Gooding Jr. of sixual misconduct [click here if you missed that]. 

Now Cuba and Justin have been dismissed from the case...
