They promised her it would follow on a later flight to Los Angeles but Naomi, who paid $12,000 for her seat on the transatlantic flight, went ballistic while waiting in the first-class lounge. She was still going off after the plane boarded and finally, after refusing to calm down and after spitting on and hitting a police officer, Naomi was hauled off the plane in handcuffs, kicking and screaming. She faces up to six months in jail if she is charged with assaulting a police officer.

Sean's Family Want The Feds Involved

The mystery surrounding the untimely death of R&B singer Sean Levert in a Cuyahoga County jail has taken a sinister turn and Sean's family has asked the FBI to investigate. While staff at the jail claim Sean was “out of control” and “hallucinating,” forcing them to place him in a restraining chair, his family doesn't believe that, stating Sean never had any outbursts like those before. The 39-year-old singer died Sunday night at a hospital after he was taken from the county jail where he was serving a one year and 10 months sentence for failure to pay $89,025 in child support. Warden of Cuyahoga County, Kevin McDonough, said Sean was pounding on his cell door so guards strapped him in a restraint chair; his breathing became shallow and he was taken to Lutheran Hospital, where he died less than an hour later. An autopsy did not determine the cause of death. Toxicology tests are expected to take weeks. FBI spokesman Scott Wilson says agents would meet with the Levert family.

They say Jay Z and Beyonce filed for a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y, on April 1rst. The license is valid for 60 days. And, they say your boy Jay is on the verge of closing a deal with concert promoter Live Nation worth about $150 million. The package with Live Nation is said to include financing for Jay's other entertainment ventures as well as recordings and tours over the next decade.

Sean Levert of the trio "Levert" has died. He was a member along with his brother the late Gerald Levert and friend Marc Gordon. Sean passed away last night at Lutheran Hospital after being transported to the facility from the Cuyahoga County jail where he was being held for failure to pay child support. Sean is the son of Eddie Levert of the R&B group The O'Jays.

I can't even remember what he was originally on probation for, he's violated so many times, but rapper Beanie Sigel is back in jail for another violation. This time he gave up somebody else's pee for his court ordered drug test. Beans has dropped dirty in the past, testing positive for Xanax and Percocet more than five times. He was already in a half-way house and had recently gotten his probation extended for leaving Philadelphia without permission. Looks like the judge got tired of his crap because he got sentenced to three months in jail for his latest indiscretion.

They say after the verdict, Remy was pretty stoic, but when the judge remanded her to custody until her April 23rd sentencing, that's when she broke down. Makeda waited for the verdict outside in a car, but some of her family and friends were in the court room, and called out "Bye bye" to Remy and laughed in her face. One of Remy's friends was removed from the court after he stood up and yelled, "F--- Y'all!" They say you could hear Remy wailing all the way down the hall while she was lead to her cell.
