They say Diddy is upset that he didn't get the star treatment from People magazine when his twins were born in December 2006. While his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez recently got 6 million dollars, plus the cover and a huge photo spread for her twins, and with Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie both raking in at least a million dollars for featuring their new babies on the cover of People, Diddy remembers the back of the mag treatment he and Kim Porter got when his twins were born. To make matters worse, insiders say Diddy was paid little or nothing for the privilege.
According to The Smoking Gun, a con artist in Federal prison named James Sabatino created the documents that were the basis for the Times' March 17 report, which suggested that the 1994 shooting of Tupac was planned and perpetrated by Diddy and his associates. The supposed FBI reports and lawsuits Sabatino says he filed were apparently created in the Allenwood federal penitentiary in White Deer, Penn., and can't be found in the bureau's database.

But anyway, Rocko da Don's street team was in New York plastering every pole in sight with these posters 'cause, you know, they want to sell more than 30,000 cds. But the thing is, this type of guerilla advertising is illegal in NY City. So check it, a reporter from the NY Times starts taking pictures of Rocko's street team doing their thing, and after snapping a few shots, Rocko's boys ask dude why he's photographing them. When the reporter replies, "Because what you're doing is illegal." One of Rocko's goons told him,“Breaking cameras is illegal, too, but if you don’t stop taking pictures, I’ll break your camera.” So the dude tells the goon that he's from The Times and the goon tells him again, “I’ll break your camera and you can print that in your paper.” And he did what he promised. Goon snatched dude's camera, throwing dude down in the process, and smashed it on the ground, in front of several witnesses. I guess goons don't know everything is digital now, and that he should have just taken the memory card out of the camera because dude printed all the pictures anyway. And Rocko and 'nem can breath a sigh of relief, because dude says he's not going to press charges.

Married comedic actor, Mike Epps, has been named in a paternity suit brought by a woman in Georgia who gave birth in December 2007. Randy Kessler, the woman's lawyer, says Epps has refused to submit to a paternity test or provide any support for the child, saying, "We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child." Kessler says he and his client initially wanted to work things out privately, but those efforts have been ignored by Epps and his camp. The paternity suit was filed in early February, and since then, Kessler says he has sent five letters and made a number of phone calls to Epps' lawyers -- and all he got back was silence.
The husband of singer Corinne Bailey Rae has been found dead in a London apartment. News reports say the body of 31-year-old Jason Rae was found around 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, a victim of an apparent drug overdose. Cops arrested a 32-year-old man for "supplying controlled substances." He was then released on bail. No word on if his wife was at home.

Busta Rhymes was sentenced to 3 years probation on March 18 in a Manhattan Criminal Court for assault and DUI charges that he plead guilty to earlier this year as part of a plea deal. Yesterday's sentencing covered his August 2005 kicking of fan Roberto Lebron after Lebron accidentally spit on a car in Busta's entourage at West 19th Street and Sixth Avenue. It also covered his December 2006 beatdown of his former driver, Eddie Hatchet, with whom he was arguing over back pay, as well as his admission to driving drunk on 11th Avenue in March 2007, and a minor license suspension. For the DUI and driving with a suspended license, Busta was ordered to pay $1,250 plus court costs and enroll in a drunken driving program. He was also ordered to give up his driver's license for six months.

Bishop Thomas Weeks pleaded guilty this week to the aggravated assault charge he caught after beating his wife, televangelist Juanita Bynum in an Atlanta hotel parking lot. Judge T. Jackson Bedford sentenced Bishop to 3 years probation, violence and anger counseling, and 200 hours of community service that cannot be church related.
They say so far, only one of four witnesses for the prosecution have testified that Remy Ma had a gun in her hand while approaching the car of shooting victim Makeda Barnes-Joseph. Makeda is expected to take the stand today.

I'm totally in shock. Rappers, getting caught with weed and weapons!? Who'd a thunk it? Naw, seriously doh', Dip Set rapper Juelz Santana got caught riding a little unsanitary last week. Cops pulled Juelz' Bentley over after "allegedly" [I'm using those finger quotation marks around allegedly] smelling weed coming from his car. During the subsequent search of his vehicle, cops found a rolled-up blunt in Juelz' shoe, a little bit of weed sprinkled on the console, some White Owl and Dutch Master cigars, a bunch of smoked up roaches, a big bag of weed, $19,500 inside a bag of Jolly Ranchers and a sock with 29 hollow point bullets in it. Oh, and his license is suspended.
