Lou Rawls Jr is suing Marvin Gaye III because he got mauled by four big dogs on Marvin's estate in January, 2005. The suit claims Rawls suffered "pain, injury, loss of blood, tearing of flesh, multiple dog bite wounds, fear of disease and other and further great and considerable harm, damage, injury and loss." Hours after James Brown was pronouced dead, his baby mama and five year old son were locked out James' South Carolina home. Tomi Rae Hynie says she was at a retreat when James died and when she returned home, found the gate padlocked. She was told James' lawyer and accountant had forbade her access. Tomi Rae and James Brown were never legally married. At the time of their marriage in 2001, Tomi Rae was already married to a man in Texas. Her marriage to James was annulled.
