Late last night news broke that Sean 'Diddy' Combs was being sued by one of his male music producers, accusing the business mogul of extreme acts of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment rife with illegal activities [click here if you missed that].

Now the special prosecutor is arguing that Jussie claiming he had a deal in place shielding him from prosecution is "imaginary..."
