Family Planning to Sue Glorilla and Finesse2Tymes Over Stampede Deaths

Last week three fans lost their lives in a stampede following a Glorilla and Finesse2tymes concert in Rochester, NY [click here if you missed that].

Now the family of one of the victims is planning a wrongful death lawsuit against the rappers...

From TMZ
Brandy Miller was trampled to death in the chaos that followed the rappers' ill-fated Rochester show earlier this month ... and her sister, Michelle, tells us the family plans to sue Glo and Finesse2tymes, plus the promoters and Main Street Armory.
Michelle says her fam is in the process of retaining an attorney -- they've spoken to several since Brandy was pronounced dead on Monday, and aim to retain someone who's high profile ... because the family "has no plans to back down."
Finesse and GloRilla had reportedly left the venue before the stampede. They've both expressed how devastated they are about the tragedy, and it doesn't appear either artist is under criminal investigation for the incident at this time.

It wasn’t their fault. People will do anything and everything for money. She didn’t even have to announce that.

So it wasnt they fault it will be a waste of money and time. This is like Travis Scott where he was literally on stage.

Not good for HER. or him.

Good luck with that cuz the city has already closed down the Armory and the owner will get a better lawyer than they can afford.

Brandy should have worn her Nikes. I guess the other two deaths will follow the suit.

Good luck with this frivolous lawsuit. It's not like Travis Scott where he was made aware of what was going on but continued his performance. This happened after the concert and this lady was already gone.

Travis Scott could have saved people. Glorilla was already gone when the mess happened.

This is why I keep away from ratchet concerts. Yeah, I enjoy the music. But too many of us will be in there drunk and high, ready to act up. My heart goes out to the families. My guess is that they anticipate everyone being willing to settle, in order to move forward. Even if they ask for millions, but won $500k, that's still more than they had before.

They have to sue. The sould be set up in a way that Stampede don't happen. I'm sure she'd gladly have her sister back instead
