Two years ago Brownstone singer, Nicci Gilbert, learned that her copyright infringement case against Lionsgate would not be headed to trial after she accused them for copying her play, "Soul Kittens Cafe, for their hit series 'P-Valley [click here if you missed that].'

Now Nicci has been ordered to pay $170k for Lionsgate legal fees...
